Qualification & Experience Required:
We are looking for a seasoned Scientific Programmer with R, Python, MATLAB experience with prior background in Clinical Development or Translational Medicine Domains. The role requires familiarity with High Performance Computing, Distributed / Parallel Processing, an ability to optimise and make existing processes more efficient. Experience working in the AWS environment with HPC architectures, data science tools and other similar AWS resources is a plus. This includes familiarity with tools and concepts such as ECS, EKS, EMR, Auto-Scaling, Batch, Placement Groups. A strong understanding of the Linux environment is an essential component of the role.
